    AirVenture Success


    The Shearwater was extremely well received at AirVenture with positive responses coming in from every quarter. Some deposits have been taken and many expressions of interest.

    Our presence was very last minute as the good news about Mistral Engines only came in June. They have achieved the investment they needed. Our engine of choice, the Mistral G300, is undergoing certification right now and it will be completed by the end of 2011.

    We are making a big effort to get the Shearwater project under way and the prototype will fly 18 months after we get the investment we need.
